Located on Sandy Beach, just steps from the Sea of Cortez and only about an hour south of the border, our fully furnished and newly remodeled condo overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Penasco.
Our condo is in Building E, the closest building to the ocean, so you’ll be right on the beach with breathtaking views of the water. Every photo of the pools and beach is taken directly from the condo, capturing the amazing scenery you’ll enjoy during your stay. Recently remodeled, the condo blends the rustic charm of Princesa Resort with modern conveniences, including free high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, HD TVs, DirecTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Bluetooth stereo system, and keyless entry.
The condo spans two floors with two private balconies. The Master Bedroom takes up the entire upper floor and features a King bed, private balcony with a high-top table for two overlooking the water, 50-inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, “The Pineapple Bedroom,” is on the main floor, also with a King bed and 50-inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, overlooking the beach. The main floor balcony offers a spacious bar-top seating area, perfect for relaxing while taking in the views of the resort’s pools or the waves rolling in on the beach.

Everything we needed; great place!
Let’s begin with my reason for booking: high reviews and remarks that communication was great—both proved to be true. I was able to book a last minute spur of the moment trip and instant booking made this possible—Scott immediately sent me everything we needed. Additionally I liked that the owner confirmed on the listing what the bed sizes are. Having a two year-old that co-sleeps with us made me nervous since Booking.com only reports bed sizes as double or XL double, but this unit does have king size beds which was great!
Communication: Scott it’s truly exceptional and a pro. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. Everything is extremely well organized, between the text confirmations, links to additional information, binder in the room full of great recommendations, door lock combo that is so intuitive that it makes you wonder why all rental owners don’t use the same process; and he even calls you on the house phone when you check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Truly exceptional service.
The space: what a gem! The posting states the unit was recently remodeled and it certainly looks like it. Everything seemed brand new. Beachfront properties tend to take a beating from the salt air and we have stayed in many luxury apartments that were in need of updating. This looks like it was remodeled everywhere. The views are amazing, the decorations/art throughout the unit are so cute, it just gives a great cozy beach vibe. All the cooking utensils were clean and looked new. Additionally, we have stayed in many units before where everything was in Spanish and offbrands with controls that were not intuitive, which made cooking difficult. Here, everything is common big brand items such as whirlpool, KitchenAid, Samsung. You’ll feel right at home. Towels and bedding were soft. Owner even stocked bottled water and shampoo/body wash, paper towels. Fridge and freezer were cold and worked well.
An Exceptional Stay In Every Way!
This was our third stay in this condo - every visit we have enjoyed the best views one could ask for, and have made special memories! The condo has everything you need - beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, and Scott is easy to reach with any questions we have had. We also love the resort itself - the staff, the grounds, the pools, sitting under the palapas enjoying the ocean view. It is always hard to leave!

I highly recommend it, it is a condo that gives more than what it offers, it is the most beautiful and clean, it has everything you could need for your stay, super comfortable and excellent security to have a safe time relaxing with your family. I will rent it for as long as I visit Rocky Point. .
Super cute condo
Super cute condo. The view was awesome. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on the property it was good. Weather was windy and chilly so no swim up bar but the jacuzzi was nice.
Amazing short vacation
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, well stocked, and had a comfortable master bed. It is exactly as pictured online. The view from the balconies was amazing. The resort felt safe and the grounds were well kept. My husband used the heated pool and was happy with the temperature. We ate at Colin's Cantina where the staff were very friendly. We can't wait to return and I would recommend Scott's condo.

Great place. Lots of room for all of us and the view from the balcony was excellent with the ocean view and the sunsets. The on site restaurant served excellent food for a very reasonable price.

This two story condo has everything you need for a stay. It is updated and has multiple balconies that provides an amazing breeze. It is right on the beach and steps from the pool or hot tub. The owner, Scott, was a wonderful host and I can't wait to return!!!! This condo is a must if you visit Puerto Penasco!!!

Amazing short vacation
As a person that goes to Rocky Point 6-8 times a year I put this condo on the top of the list. The view is breathtaking being a corner unit. The decor is inviting, beautiful, and very comfortable. It’s very tastefully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with quality kitchenware. The host is extremely gracious, accommodating and helpful with your needs. I would recommend this condo or the other one they have to any of my friends. You will not be disappointed renting this unit.

Recharge for the Upcoming Year
This was a relaxing and enjoyable property to visit. The condo was exactly what we expected from the listing and the location was perfect. I appreciated the onsite parking with 24hr security. Even though there was construction on the pools the noise was kept to a minimum and didn't disrupt our stay. Scott communicated well with us and check-in was a breeze! I would definitely stay here again!

Hassle free, excellent communication, exceptionally clean unit. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed. Two coffee makers, traditional and Keurig! Bring your own coffee. No ice maker or trays - we had a bag of ice in our cooler.
An Amazing Stay At An Amazing Condo
If you want a place to stay that provides you all the modern conveniences while still having the the Mexico experience on the beach, you will want to stay at this condo. Scott was amazing to work with and the process to check in and out was the easiest I have experienced.
Beautiful oceanfront Penthouse condo, 5 stars!!!
We rented two of the three bedrooms and our stay was absolutely perfect. The ocean views from every window were incredible. This is a corner/end unit closest to the beach, so there is nothing but 180 degree ocean views. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked, with a full size washer dryer in an enclosed room just past the pantry. The living area was roomy and furniture so comfortable with a pull out couch. The downstairs patio is spacious and we really enjoyed the bar-height countertop across the entire front of the patio. It was perfect for enjoying cocktails at sunset, soaking up the beautiful oceanfront views and sounds of the waves. The upstairs suite has a massive bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and huge double sink en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and huge closet. The upstairs balcony was even more spacious than the downstairs with the same beautiful ocean view. The downstairs bedroom also has a very comfortable king size bed with a nice bathroom with a walk in shower. This bathroom can be accessed via the bedroom or living area, which is great for guests. I so appreciate all the technology In this condo, including cable, free voip phone calls to the US, a Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer. Wifi was terrific and wifi extender upstairs was perfect! Scott was wonderful to work with, and was available via text and phone calls with everything we needed. Having an entry code provided at the time of the reservation was so convenient. We didn't even have to see the reservation desk or mess with keys, which was awesome! The on site Cantina was very convenient and just down the stairs or elevator from this unit. The food was incredible and reasonably priced. If you are looking for a perfect oceanfront sunset beautiful Rocky Point experience (with a bonus upstairs penthouse level), this is the place for you! We will definitely be back. Thanks for helping make our stay perfect, Scott!
