An absolute Gem of a Condo in Puerto Peñasco - You will not be Disappointed 🙂
I generally am not one to write reviews but this particular property really stands out from all the condos I have rented in Puerto Peñasco. I am actually sitting on the patio of this particular condo while I am writing this review. Unfortunately, I will have to be checking out today so I am enjoying the beautiful sunrise on my last day here. Now for the Condo. I have stayed in many Condo's in Princesa through the years and this Condo is AMAZING! The first thing I have to comment on are the "Views". The main floor has two sliding glass doors with great views from each. The main floor patio has a granite bar top which I am currently sitting at with my laptop typing this review with a beautiful view of the Beach. I could sit here all day and enjoy this mesmerizing view. There is also a patio upstairs off of the master bedroom which has a nice bar height table and a couple of chairs. I really like the way the master bedroom is situated. Being upstairs I have extra privacy and almost feel as though I am in a separate condo. The Condo itself has been furnished extremely well and decorated very nicely. Smart TV's in all rooms with Direct TV and Netflix which the kids used quite a bit in the evenings. There is a Bluetooth soundbar in the living room which I used to stream music videos on YouTube. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a Keurig so make sure to bring your K cups. Keyless Entry............never used it before but what a time saver. One of my biggest issues with most resorts in Puerto Peñasco is the dreaded Reservation Counter. I have stood in line as long as an hour waiting to check in and get my keys and then you have to repeat this process when you check out. I was able to totally bypass the reservation desk on this trip which saved me a ton of time. Scott had all of our information at the main gate when I arrived. I showed the security personnel my ID, got our wristbands and off to the condo we went. Punched in my 4 digit code and that was it. The kids loved not having to find us for the keys when we were down at the pool or on the beach. They could come and go in and out of the Condo as they pleased. Scott was great to work with. Very, very responsive to any questions I had both prior and during the trip. This is my "Go To" condo to rent in the future and I have already booked another stay here in September. Thank You, Scott! EXCEPTIONAL!!!
I stay at various places in Puerto Penaso 3 to 4 times a year and this has by far in one of my favorites. The rental was decorated very cute, was very clean and had everything you might need plus some. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly. The beach out front is a wonderful mix of sand and rock. Plenty of nice sand to swim in, yet still some rocks to explore when the tide goes out. The pools were wonderful and the little restaurant bar was affordable and nice. I definitely recommend this rental!
Fantastic time!
We had a wonderful experience at the condo! The check in was a breeze and security was awsome. The condo itself was very clean with very comfy beds. We loved that the patio had a granite countertop where we enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean! The livarion is only minutes from restaurants,malecon and playa hermosa! I thank Scott for the attention and help with all of our questions. I highly recommend this condo, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you Scott once again!

Our stay at Scott’s condo at Princesa de Penasco was outstanding! Located in Building E, the closest to the beach, the condo offers breathtaking ocean views from both balconies and easy beach access, creating a relaxing, private escape.The comfortable mattresses stood out, providing restful nights after long beach days. The condo has been fully remodeled with modern upgrades like high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports, HD TVs with DirecTV and Netflix, a Bluetooth sound system, and keyless entry, making the stay seamless and enjoyable.The friendly resort staff made us feel welcome, and we loved dining at Colin’s Cantina, the on-site restaurant offering delicious, reasonably priced meals.Scott’s hospitality was outstanding. He provided a Digital Welcome Book packed with local tips and promptly answered all our questions. His attention to detail ensured a hassle-free stay.The well-maintained resort features three pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, beach palapas, BBQ grills, and 24-hour gated security, adding to the peace of mind.This condo’s prime location, modern amenities, and exceptional host made it a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return!

Good spot to stay. It's a 5th floor condo but also has a second story where the master suite is at. Great view of the ocean and pool area. Everything is clean and everything worked with no issues.

Came from Phoenix to have a nice birthday weekend getaway for my husband. Came with our three teens, along with an uncle and an aunt. Beautiful property and in an excellent location on Sandy Beach. Highly recommend this stay - more than enough room for me and my guests. The penthouse suite was of course a favorite and the view was chefs kiss. They have a great onsite clubhouse that includes some workout equipment, table tennis, and a comfy seating area with an assortment of books for our avid readers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home meal (and help save yourself a little bit of money). The grocery store isn't a far drive, but we did come with some items from home to help reduce what we would need to buy, like spices and drinks. The property is already nice and air conditioned, so walking in on a hot summer day is very refreshing. The check in process was so simple - you get your wrist bands and the security gate entrance and enter your code to access the property. Scott, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.

The location was great, next to the ocean, easy to get to the beach, shops and food available on premises and other nice places nearby. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped with up to date amenities. Great spot.

Amazing condo with beautiful views. It is located right on the beach with a heated pool right in front of the condo and just a few steps to the beach. The host was amazing to work with and answered all my questions quickly. I travel to Puerto Penasco and have stayed at the Princesa resort many times. This is the first time I have stayed in this condo and this is the only condo I will stay in for all future trips. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay.

Relaxing
First time staying for a week. Our grandchildren enjoy the beached and the pools. They said the condo was just like being at home. We liked the location in the middle of everything by the beach. Would have liked to take a look at more of the condos that are for sale. Maybe next time. Our Grandkids wanted to stay longer, and suggested making it an annual vacation!

One night only but great stay!
This condo is very large! I love the private bedroom on the top level. This allows for family vacation with some privacy. We only stayed one night because we were adding on to a trip already booked. We would have stayed more if it was available. Scott called promptly after we arrived to make sure we were acquainted with the condo and to see if we needed anything (great service). The only bummer was that the hot tub was under construction and we did not know about this prior to arrival. However, we also run a hotel business and we understand these things need to be done when business slows down (off season) so we weren't upset about it but just wished we knew. Overall we had a fabulous stay and we would highly recommend this place. Scott's condo is spacious, clean, great views, and has everything you could possibly need! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Great Stay, Cant Wait to Come Back!
My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Felt very comfortable and safe. The view was absolutely perfect, ocean front we could hear the sound to the ocean falling asleep. All the rooms had huge TV's with cable and Netflix that made it a plus. The resort is quite smaller than the others we have stayed but we actually preferred that because it was less crowded. Scott was easily accessed if we needed anything. Responded very fast with any questions we had. We come to Puerto Penasco quite a bit and I think we found our spot. We are definitely coming back!!!!

Home away from Home
This Condo is amazing. Very cozy and well furnished. Scott was easy to communicate with and responded to my messages very quickly. All my guests were in love with the resort, and our other friends and family that were staying at the same resort were loving our condo. Props to Scott for such a great place. We will definitely be renting this condo again.
Perfect condo, Great location!
We stayed here with some friends during our kids Spring Break trip. The condo was upgraded, very clean and very nice. It’s 2story corner unit with unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. We had no issues while there but had a couple questions. Scott answered very quickly. Would love to stay there again!
