We are excited to have you and your family enjoy this amazing ground-floor oceanfront condo. 

With the addition of E104, we now have two condos in Princesa that are family-owned and operated. E501 is our three-bedroom penthouse located in the same building and currently has over 145 five-star reviews.

Princesa de Penasco is located on Sandy Beach and is just a few steps away from the Sea of Cortez. Only a short one-hour drive south of the border, our fully furnished and newly remodeled condo overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Penasco.

Our condo is located in Building E, which is the closest building to the Ocean. You are truly right on the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All of the photos of the pools and the beach are taken from the condo and accurately portray some of the amazing views surrounding you during your stay. Additionally, our condo has recently gone through a complete remodel with the goal of keeping the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort, yet adding the modern-day conveniences necessary to make your stay more enjoyable. Some of the many upgrades include Free high-speed WIFI internet, USB charging ports in all rooms, HD TVs, DirecTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Bluetooth Stereo System, and Keyless Entry.

Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Feel like Grilling? Enjoy the three-burner Weber Genesis Propane Grill located on your private patio. Don’t feel like cooking? Colin’s Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort. We also offer a Digital Welcome Book to all of our guests. Whether this is your first time in Puerto Penasco or a regular visitor our Digital Welcome book is full of helpful information that you can access right at your fingertips. If you will not have cellular coverage while in Mexico, download the Digital Welcome Book to your Android or iPhone for consistent detailed Google Maps directions and resort information. Also included in the Digital Welcome Book is a complete list of Google Map Directions of nearby restaurants, nightlife, shopping, must-see attractions, and various other popular things to do and see during your stay. A printed version of our Digital Welcome Book is also available in the condo.

The condo itself is located on the ground floor and has a large private patio overlooking the E pool and kiddie pool. You are just a few steps away from the pool. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 50-inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, private bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The Ocean Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 50-inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV. The ground floor patio has plenty of seating area and is a perfect area to sit, relax, and enjoy the great views of the resort’s private pools or the amazing views of the beach.

The resort’s courtyard has three pools (1 Heated – Directly off the condo Patio) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.

Maximum Occupancy is Strictly Enforced
Maximum Occupancy is 6 ( Four Adults and 2 Children 12 and Under)

Exceeding the Maximum Occupancy will result in a Non- Refundable Cancellation of the Reservation.

Security Deposit: A security hold of $250.00 will be placed on the credit card used for this reservation (3) days prior to your arrival.  We will release the hold as soon as we have had a chance to inspect the property after your departure.

FAQs

• What is the Check- In process once I arrive?
  • Simply show your ID at the security gate when you arrive to receive your wristbands and then head straight to the condo. No lines to wait in at the reservation desk.
• Do I need to bring any bedding, linens, or towels?
  • No, you do not. These items are provided during your stay including beach towels.
• Is there secured parking?
  • Yes. The resort is gated with 24 hour Security personnel.
• What do we do for drinking water?
  • We do provide a 3-gallon water dispenser for you to use for cooking or drinking. We also recommend picking up some 8 oz bottled drinking water as well.
• Is the condo Child- Friendly?
  • Absolutely. We have had quite a few families with little ones enjoy the condo. We do have a High Chair and Pack-n- Play for your use upon request.
• Do I need to buy Auto Insurance?
  • Yes. You can easily purchase auto coverage online or purchase a policy at several places in Ajo, AZ on your way to the con
