Beautiful condo, fantastic owner
This condo is exactly as pretty in person as it looks in the listing. The owner is very attentive and gives you several communication options. Furnishings are new and very comfortable, quality interior finish level and the owner has included all touches to make your stay great. The kitchen is fully outfitted, linens and towels are cushy, high def TVs in every room, an extremely large outdoor patio with comfy covered seating plus uncovered areas too. You can view the ocean from the condo plus have easy access to the pool and pool bar. And did I mention the onsite cantina with great food and staff? Clearly we loved this condo and property!

What an amazing place right on the beach.
The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. The place was clean and updated and right on the beach. The furniture on the patio made it easy to sit out and enjoy our morning coffee. The check in process was easy and the app allowed us to navigate the area easily. We saw stingray during our walk on the beach and picked up a few shells along the way. The pool was heated which was nice because the ocean was still a little too cold to swim in. Would definitely stay again.
Sweet place for super sunsets
This is a five star pad in a great location. Pools are right outside the sliding glass door. The beach is terrific. The place was clean and had all the fixings to make our stay very comfortable. The door code is slick as you don't need to carry around a key. Highly recommend!
Loved It!
Our stay was a great experience! We were looking to stay on the beach and that's what we got. We were steps away from the beach and the pool and we had all the amenities of home. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was perfect!
Paradise Found
I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners!! The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured, described, and listed. The location is amazing with water within feet of the back patio; whether you choose the pool or the ocean both are very close and give you beautiful views for a sunrise and sunset! The owner, Scott, was very helpful, creating an entire folder of information for our stay including activities to do and restaurants to try. He checked in with me our first night to make sure we were set and didn’t have any questions! An amazing experience and weekend!!

Beautiful property, beautiful decor! Very well furnished, kitchen stocked with cooking necessities. Clean & comfortable. Host courteous and checked in on us to make sure our needs were met. Definitely would recommend this unit. Absolutely a 5 star rating!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall we had an amazing time, the room was perfect for us and súper accesible since it was at the bottom floor. We will definitely come back next year
Beautiful Condo!
We were very happy with our stay. We are regular visitors of the Princessa, but this was our first time staying in this condo. It did not disappoint. It was the nicest one we’ve stayed in so far. Everything was recently updated, and it felt very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, it’s a perfect spot right in front of the pools/ocean, very clean and bed are super comfy. The owner was very helpful, called to make sure we had no issues arriving or checking in. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property with beautiful views. It was close to everything and super convenient! The walking distance to the beach was under 60 seconds. Overall best room I have rented in rocky point ever!
Highly Recommend!
This was probably the best we have stayed in for vacation. The inside is extremely nice and roomy with a great patio leading directly to the pool and beach. Great views! Outside the front door is about a 20 second walk to the Cantina which has great food and drinks. The resort is very secure, super clean and family friendly. When you enter the condo, you will definitely say “wow”! The owners even checked with us after arrival to make sure all was good. I highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks Scott for sharing your home with us!

What can I say, this is our third time staying here! Everything is amazing. The condo has everything you need, the location is amazing, and communication can not be beat.
