Enjoy the only 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Penthouse Condo in Princesa that is easily upgradable to a two or three-bedroom / two-bath condo in case you have additional guests. Book now as a one-bedroom and easily add a second or third bedroom anytime prior to your arrival date. Two or Three Bedroom rates apply to any upgrades.

Our Family owned and operated condo is located in Building E, which is the closest building to the Ocean. You are truly right on the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All of the photos of the pools and the beach are taken from the condo and accurately portray some of the amazing views surrounding you during your stay. Additionally, our condo has recently gone through a complete remodel with the goal of keeping the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort, yet adding the modern-day conveniences necessary to make your stay more enjoyable. Some of the many upgrades include Free high-speed WiFi internet, USB charging ports in all rooms, HD TVs, DirecTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Bluetooth Stereo System, and Keyless Entry.

The condo itself is a Penthouse Suite with a large Living Room with a 55 inch HD TV with Netflix, DirecTV, and a surround sound system. The Pineapple Bedroom overlooks the beach and has a King size bed, 50 inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV. The main floor also has a balcony overlooking the water with a spacious bar top seating area making it the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the great views of the resort’s private pools or the waves rolling in on the beach.

We have stayed at several condos in Princesa and this one is by far the nicest we have every stayed in. Clean and modern but still has the rustic charm of Mexico. DirecTV was an unexpected bonus as I was able to watch a little college ball. Condo is located right on the beach so you have amazing views. Owner is very responsive and very helpful. Keyless check-in and no lines to stand in. Arrive at the gate, get your wristbands, and straight to the condo. Love the fact that I did not need to go to a reception desk to checkin and get keys.

It is a very clean, comfortable condo. Well stocked with needed supplies, kitchen accessories and housewares. So charming ocean decor with home feel coziness and modern style at the same time. Perfect Place for a Quick Getaway!
This condo is well maintained and beautiful. Fantastic location with privacy. The grounds were beautiful and staff that we saw were friendly and we felt safe. The views were incredible from the balconies and we loved everything about it. Owner was great to work with and even gave us a generous perk for our stay because we were celebrating our anniversary. Would definitely book this condo again for a future visit!

From booking to check out our experience was exceptional. Our host Scott responded quickly to our booking request and provided excellent directions for our use during our stay. This condo is beautifully remodeled and has everything you need. The resorts heated pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. This place is perfect! It is clean, close to the water, is upgraded and the bed is very comfortable. We were so pleased with this place and consider it our new favorite.
