The condo was perfect. We come down to the Princessa several times a year and have always admired this condo from afar. The patio set up is amazing and we spent almost as much time there as the beach. Location is excellent and everything from booking to checking in and out was seamless. We will definitely be back!!!
Absolutely AMAZING! What a beautiful location and the condo was pristine! Full functional kitchen and felt so comfortable in this space. Perfect location right on the ground level next to the pool with such breathtaking views.
Perfect condo
We have stayed in Rocky Point for many years and have stayed in just about ever resort. We have always loved the Princessa for location and amenities. Scott's condo has by far been the best!!! Location/access to beach was perfect and the condo was nicely upgraded with everything you would need. Only one down fall was not being able to enjoy the beautiful condo in the afternoon due to lack of shade, but those sunsets were amazing. We would?will be staying here again!!
Perfect Stay
The condo was perfectly appointed. Everything you could need was on hand. Extremely comfortable and relaxing.Scott was always so responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be rebooking our next stay here! Also, Colin's Cantina next door is so much fun. Bingo on Thursday night was such a laugh, and the staff were lovely.
We’ve stayed at many condos and resorts in Rocky Point over the years, and this one stands out as the best of the best! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care and pride the owner puts into every detail.The condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, and feels more like a high-end home than a rental. Every little touch has been thought of, from the plush towels and comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras that make your stay easy and relaxing. You can tell this isn’t just a place to rent; it’s a place the owner genuinely wants guests to enjoy and remember. Plenty of storage for our stuff, open shelving waiting to be used, charging docks for phones/laptops/ipads everywhere you'd want them, quality pots and pans, the list goes on and on.We loved how well-maintained and perfectly appointed everything was. The attention to detail really sets this condo apart... it’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming, comfortable, and complete. Outdoor patio furniture was perfect for watching the kids in the pool, which is steps away and has a swimup bar! plus another few steps away is the beach, it doesn't get much better than this place. We experienced zero issues with this condo, check in process was the easiest we've ever had, and the host had the quickest communication to assist with any questions we had.If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and truly special place to stay — this is it!
Excellent
La Princesa has so much to offer in the way of relaxation, amenities, and fun. The condo included everything we needed, from upgraded appliances to USB charging ports in every room. Furniture and beds are very comfortable! The Cantina, gym, hot tub, and swim up bar are steps away which made our stay in Mexico a perfect one. I can’t wait to come back next year.
Great location steps from the pool and beach
An easy arrival and departure with all the listed amenities, zero stress and great location on the first floor. We loved it and would seek it out again. We drove, which made it easy to go to other parts of the city— only note as it is about a 10-20 minute drive to other popular locations. You could also very well not leave the site at all and have everything you need.
Quick getaway
My husband, myself and another couple that enjoy several trips to Rocky Point every year. This trip we wanted to try a resort that we hadn’t ever stayed at! We were very pleased with not only the condo but the resort as well.
Will def come back!
This is by far the best place we've stayed in. Smooth transaction from booking to check out. Place is so clean, the pack n play I requested was set up when we arrived. Best for families, I would say. Only steps away from.the pool and beach. Coming back soon!

The property itself was beautiful. Everything you could possibly need away from home was there for our use. Property was very clean upon arrival and Scott was very attentive to making sure we enjoyed our stay. He even had a binder with all the information you could possibly need during our stay.
Wonderful as always
Scott's condo was wonderful as always. Beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The heated pool, beach and pool bar are right out the patio door. Scott is easy to reach if needed.
We had a great time at this condo! The property owner was very friendly and accommodating to anything you might need.
It was sooo nice to have the pool literally feet away from the balcony and the ocean right behind it was amazing. The house also was very comfortable for 2 people.

I recently returned from an amazing trip to Puerto Peñasco and stayed at the Princesa de Peñasco Condos. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and I loved being able to walk right down to the beach and pool within minutes.The property itself is beautifully maintained with multiple pools, a hot tub, and a nice fitness area. The grounds felt safe and secure, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience — close enough to town for restaurants and shopping, but peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway.A big shoutout to Scott, the owner, who was fantastic to work with. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, staying at the Princesa Condo made our Puerto Peñasco trip unforgettable. We enjoyed the coffee pot/pod option on the coffee maker, the attractive, updated interior, the comfort of the beds, the functioning air conditioning, the TV options, and that it was well stocked. For the exterior, the proximity to Colins, the pool with swim up bar, and the ocean was amazing! There were two patios which made for outdoor hangout and beach chair space. The property manager was quick and clear in communication and gave lots of details.

Beautiful Condo!
This was our first time in Rocky Point and the fact that we chose this condo was the perfect combination! The location was just awesome! All we had to do was just walk to the beach. We defineltely recommend this beautiful clean condo!

Great location! The beach and pool were located right outside our patio door, which was very convenient for our family of five. The guidebook provided was very helpful and we had excellent communication with Scott!

Mexican oasis
La Princesa de Peñasco was easy to find and is a prime location. The condo was clean and offered easy access to the pool, hot tub and beach. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the property, not only was the food good but the staff members there are so friendly and so much fun. They make you feel welcome and like ole friends. I’ve been staying at the Princesa for years but this is my first time staying in E104. I highly recommend this condo. Overall I rate it a 10 out of 10! 👍
